DIY: TV cabinet made of poplar plywood and MDF blank, by Wim

Description

A piece of furniture with 4 drawers for DVD, LP and CD. Furthermore, space for an amplifier, TV and record player. Everything custom made for equipment and music carriers.

Custom TV cabinet

I first drew the design. Then ordered the materials from TOSIZE.cz.
Steps of building furniture:
Sanding the end edges and painting with clear varnish (3x)
Sanding and priming the flat parts
Assembling the the drawer guides, now you can easily reach them.
Drilling the holes for dowels
Gluing the uprights to the beams
Gluing the drawers made of MDF 9 mm
Gluing the drawer guides the drawer front and adjusting the drawers
Finishing the cabinet with water-based 9010.
