Description

We have made a washing machine cabinet/conversion from Finnish pine underlayment, consisting of 2 open parts for a washer/dryer or refrigerator and 3 closed parts with a door.

Washing machine conversion from Finnish spruce

We ordered underlayment from Finnish spruce from TOSIZE.cz. The wood is assembled using corner profiles and screws. We opted for corner profiles because we did not want any screws visible on the outside. The working drawing contains the reference numbers to the order list.

The doors were the biggest challenge. The doors are inset, so we ordered hinges for inset doors. Our doors have a joint of 3mm, which means that the chosen hinges ' cross plates the pot size came to 4mm. Then drilled the holes with a column drill.
